About Our Guest:
Jo is the Chief Mint Officer of Summerdown. Summerdown are the Peppermint People who grow, harvest and distill their rare English Black Mitcham peppermint on their family farm in Hampshire. Before joining the family company his Grandfather founded, Jo worked in Westminster at both a political think tank and for an MP. He then worked for another Hampshire based company – Jude’s Ice Cream. Now Jo spends his time working to connect what happens at an ecological level on the farm with how the Summerdown brand seeks to grow in a sustainable and regenerative manner.
