Sometimes, the most powerful thing a leader can do is step away. This retreat is a chance to rest and reset, away from noise and demands of everyday life.
The mountains have a unique way of creating space physically, mentally and spiritually. There’s nowhere quite like the crisp, fresh air of the French Alps to help you slow your breathing and quiet your soul.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll find intentional moments of quiet and stillness, inviting you to slow down and tune in to God’s presence, to your heart, and to one another.
Leadership can be lonely, but it doesn’t have to be.
These retreats are a chance to spend intentional time with others, who understand the weight and beauty of what you carry.
Around the fire, at the table, or on a mountain trail, meaningful connections are made.
We believe that transformation often happens in the context of trusted relationships.
We all recharge in different ways and this retreat makes room for them all. From high-energy activities like skiing or hiking, to soaking in a chalet jacuzzi, you choose what fills you up.
There’s no pressure, just opportunity. This is a chance to invest back into your own wellbeing.
Guided prompts and quiet moments are woven through the retreat to help you reflect deeply.
You may be surprised what surfaces when you give your soul a little room.
It’s easy to lose touch with yourself, with God, and with your deeper purpose. This space gives you time to tune back into all three.
Through stillness, prayer, conversation and beauty, many find fresh clarity and renewed purpose.
These retreats offer space to look back with gratitude and forward with hope. Sometimes, the breakthrough comes when we pause long enough to hear it.
Our CEO Retreats are hosted by Dan Maudhub, founder of Wonderful Leaders and a passionate advocate for leaders learning to thrive, not just in what they do, but in who they are.
Dan carries a deep heart for empowering leaders to flourish both spiritually and relationally. With years of experience leading in business, ministry, and mentoring spaces, he brings wisdom, warmth, and a genuine desire to see others grow.
He also has a deep love for the outdoors, especially the mountains, and has come to value the clarity and perspective that time in nature brings.
Throughout the retreat, Dan will gently facilitate conversations, share from his own journey, and guide times of reflection and prayer creating space for depth, renewal, and real connection.
