About Our Guest:
Busola Sodeinde’s career started off in financial services, holding senior positions in banking, including CFO for the Global Markets business in EMEA for State Street Bank.
In 2019, Busola founded Dysh and Bearings Point Media and her career transitioned into a multi-disciplinary role supporting mission-led organisations, focusing on the social theme in ESG across financial services, not-for-profits and charities. She considers it a real privilege to use her platform to drive change and transform organisations to create impact in wider national agendas.
Now focused on social entrepreneurship, Busola has been active in the digital space developing tech products for youths and young adults.
Busola is a Church Commissioner (on its Audit & Risk Committee), Trustee of The Scouts Association, Non-executive Director at Ombudsman Services and Hargreave Hale Venture Capital Trust. She is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (CGMA), holds an MBA with Distinction from Leeds University, and a BSc. Economics.
